Only four out of ten companies know about packaging laws
Only four out of ten Danish companies are aware of the new law on packaging waste, even though violations can result in fines and a police report. This is shown by a study conducted by Epinion on behalf of the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. The purpose of the law is to limit packaging waste and promote greener solutions by raising the price of certain types of packaging. Now a new campaign is to reach the several thousand companies that may be covered.
