For companies: Do you have to report your microplastic loss for 2025?
Producers, industrial users and suppliers of microplastics can now start reporting to ECHA. The deadline for producers and industrial users of pellets and similar materials used in plastic production is 31 May 2026. Other actors with a reporting obligation must report by 31 May 2027.
