Spot check: One third of companies advertise illegally
34 percent of the inspected food companies have used illegal mentions of nutrition and health in advertising their products. This is shown by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's nationwide inspection of the claims rules, which are intended to ensure that consumers are not misled.
