How is a cosmetic product notified to CPNP?

A cosmetic product must be notified to the EU Cosmetics Database (CPNP) before the product can be brought to the market. If your product is to be placed on the English market, you must SCPN-register your product.
Mediator will help you create a CPNP registration account if you do not already have one.
Before we start your CPNP notification, you need to know what name your product should have and we need to know the content of your product.
There are also requirements for labels on your cosmetic product.

The CPNP notification must contain:

• Information on the responsible person
• Product trade name and function
• Country of origin upon import
• Product composition
• Etiquette.
