What do I get for my money?

We start with a workshop at your place, where you gather relevant representative colleagues. Together we find out about the relevant legislation. We take your everyday life and how you work as a starting point. The better we know the company, the better we can inform you and keep you correctly updated on new, relevant legislation. By visiting the company, we get a good insight into everyday life.
Once the foundation is in place, you will receive an updated and revised list of laws once a quarter. It is clear what is new since the last time, so you know what to react to here and now. We have prepared everything for you, so you can rest assured and have control of the legislation with Mediator's help.

In addition to your list of laws, you will also be invited to Mediator's well-attended news days, which is held 3-4 times a year in Kolding and Køge.

What is a company-specific legal checklist?

Mediator prepares a very specific list of laws, which only contains what is relevant to your company. We update your list of laws once a quarter – or once a month, whichever suits your company best. The routines are individual for each company. There must be time for implementation and anchoring in the company.
If you are challenged with getting the list of laws implemented and anchored in the company, Mediator is also happy to help with that part of the process. More and more companies want assistance from an impartial third party to get the legislation implemented and anchored in the company. We work solution-oriented and have a practical approach to the task. Mediator helps you with a secure overview – for example. by using HSE Assistant.
With HSE-Assist you can get help with implementation that suits you best. It can be either every time you receive an updated list of laws, or once a year, when we also do a round-up of the company. The goal is for the list of laws to be anchored in the company. We must take care of employees and the environment. Prevent accidents at work – take care of each other.

In close collaboration, we prepare a company-specific legal list. Once a month you will receive AJOUR and once a quarter you will receive your company-specific legal list.

The searches are conducted with a focus on new and relevant laws, executive orders, EU regulations, decisions and guidelines within the categories in the company-adapted list of laws and with significance for the company's activities.

Mediator also identifies and adds new, relevant legislation within your subject categories, which are not simply new versions of previous regulations.

The identification is ensured by the Mediator's procedure for law search. All new legislation published in the above search engines is reviewed on a monthly basis. This means that all legislation published on Retsinformation and Lovtidende will come to the Mediator's attention.

The mediator thus conducts an initial review of legislation that is both within and outside your subject categories, after which only legislation relevant to you (within the subject categories) is listed on the current list of laws.

In addition, the Mediator keeps up to date on what is in the pipeline by regularly reviewing published hearings on hearingportalen.dk.
