Mediator holds company-tailored courses at your convenience.

With our company-tailored courses, you will receive training from our experienced specialists. The entire employee group receives the same training, and because we work in smaller groups, you will get optimal results. This means greater synergy in the employee group and a greater collective understanding of the subject.

It is our experience that a group of staff gets the best results if the entire group receives the same training. This creates good synergy in the group and a greater understanding of the subject.
We tailor a course to suit your needs and ensure that the level is adjusted so that everyone can participate.
This means you will receive a company-tailored course that is tailored to your needs. The duration is typically ½ – 1 day.
The course can be held at your company – or you are welcome here at Mediator if it makes sense for you to get away from the workplace. Another advantage of a company-tailored course is time. Since we work in smaller groups, the individual does not have to be away from the workplace for more than typically one morning.
