New digital guidance on environmental approvals with checklists

The Danish Environmental Protection Agency has announced new notices and a number of updates to the Approval Guidelines. The two new notices are two checklists – one for use by the authority's case processing and one for use by the applicant when applying for environmental approvals. In addition, the Approval Guidelines for environmental approvals were to be updated in relation to access to documents and GDPR.
