Danish Environmental Protection Agency: UV sunscreen is endocrine disruptor
Sunscreen protects against the sun's rays, but some sun filters can also have a downside. The UV filter Benzophenone-3 (BP-3) is associated with damage to coral reefs, among other things, and now the Danish Environmental Protection Agency documents that BP-3 also has endocrine-disrupting effects.
