Food control campaign
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration is running a number of control campaigns right now and throughout the rest of the year.
Among other things, a follow-up campaign on the labeling of pre-packaged foods and foods that are packaged for sale over several sales days.
The focus is primarily on manufacturers and importers.
Likewise, a campaign focusing on fluorine substances (PFAS) in cardboard and paper products.
Here, the focus will be on documentation from manufacturers, wholesalers and importers - as well as random chemical analyses.
