Several dangerous products stopped in the EU
The EU has stepped up its efforts against dangerous non-food products, and in 2025 a record number of alerts were registered in the Safety Gate system. The number reached 4.671 – an increase of 13%. This underlines an increased focus on authorities and places stricter demands on companies' product safety and compliance.
